課程概述 |
Ships as the major vehicles for global cargo transportation, modern ship design and operation require economic, efficient, and environmentally friendly performance to meet international regulations. The course gives characteristics of ship resistance and propulsion, selection of hull form, propeller and engine, and computational tools for resistance prediction. This course belongs to “Naval Architecture” NTU specialization program. |

2:瞭解推進特性與建立螺槳設計和全馬力預估解析能力
3: 使用計算流體力學工具分析船舶阻力 (1) Explaining the physics of ship resistance components and building up the ability of ship resistance analysis and effective horsepower prediction.
(2) Explaining the details of ship propulsion characteristics and building up the ability of basic propeller design and ship powering analysis and predictions.
(3) Using computational fluid dynamic tools to analyze ship resistance. |
